How to lodge a return

All items must be returned via the original place of purchase.
The following information only applies to orders placed directly through Ateson (Website, showroom, sales, tokopedia)

Items purchased through our distributor should be returned to them directly 

  1. Read our Terms and Conditions page.
  2. Fill the return form below
  3. Submit the return form and agree to our return policy.
  4. If you are returning multiple order, you have to create entry for each order.
  5. Once you submit the return form we will send you return summary PDF. Please print and ensure this is included with all returned items
